Guilds Guideline & Flow

Rule of Play

Autonomy

  • Every working group consists of members and coordinators

  • Coordinators ideally by one man and one woman (Gender Balance) to facilitate their group

  • Coordinators will be advised by Mindblowon Government

Coordinators

  • Coordinators will be actively reshuffled (Regenerative Culture)

  • Coordinators will be chosen by the community via voting and appraised by Mindblowon Government representative

  • Every individual has the right to vote themselves or nominate other

Working Group Membership

  • Every individual and guilds have their own autonomy as long as it is aligned to the Guilds objective and Mindblowon guideline

  • Every individual can join more than 1 Guilds

  • Every individual has the right to accept or refuse distributed jobs

  • Every individual has the right to work according to their capacity

Decision Making

  • Decision-making will be made by voting within the guilds

  • Due to absence, coordinators able to make a sole decision

  • If there's a deadlock, coordinators or caretakers able to make a decision

  • If there is an abstain, caretaker able to make an arbitrage or decision making

  • Due to the absence of guild participants (Members and coordinators), caretakers able to make a sole decision
