📚Proposal Requirements & Submission Flow

Accessing our Treasury & Submitting Proposals

In order to get access to our treasury & submitting proposals, first and foremost you have to be a Holder of MBO NFT. This is the minimum requirements you have to follow to get that benefit:

• Own 1 MBO NFT (Minimum) in the project team

Funding Regulations:

• Maximum funding of 3 ETH/proposal

Your proposal should include

Every proposals that is being submitted to Mindblowon VCE Program must provide, but not limited to, these type of informations:

• Project timeline

  • Start date - End date

  • General timeline

• Product Description and Details:

  • What kind of product they are creating

  • Specification of products

  • How to create the product

  • How long to create the product

  • How many products that will be created

• Campaign Strategy:

  • General overview of marketing strategy for the product

  • Marketing channels & assets( social media, offline activation etc)

  • Marketing timeline

• Distribution

  • How to sell the product

  • Where to sell the product

  • Who is selling the product

• IP usage details: Describe how will you use MBO IP, how will you apply the IP to your product, and potential modification if any

• Simple/overall Budgeting

Submission Flow:

All of the VCE Proposal can only be submitted through the https://app.mindblowon.io/dao/mindblowon/proposal

How to make a proposal?

1. Click on The Creative Hub building on https://mindblowon.io/, you will be prompted to connect your wallet.
2. Navigate to https://app.mindblowon.io/dao/mindblowon/proposal.
3. The interface should look like this.

   
4. Click on the "Add" button to create your proposal.

5. A pop-up will come out, which contain the details of your proposals.

   
6. Create you proposal using Markdown syntax (mandatory from Snapshot protocol). We are aware that not everybody is familiar with Markdown syntax, therefore we provided a proposal template here: 

   # **Mindblowon Art Contest**

   ### **Objective:**

   To generate UGC and increase awareness and exposure for Mindblowon Universe in social media, we’ll create an art contest, and winners get ETH for prizes.

   ### **Program:**

   We’ll invite our community to create an artwork of your Mindblowon NFT at Caridea. The purpose is to show our lore and your NFT characters coming alive. Use #MindblowonArt for the hashtag and tag @MindblowonNFT on Twitter to increase awareness for our project and contest.

   Participants are allowed to create as many entries as they want during the contest time period.

   1st Place: 1 ETH\

   2nd Place: 0.5 ETH\

   3rd Place: 0.25 ETH\

   ### **Judges:**

   Likpalik will be our main judge since he is the creator of our project and other popular artists in web3.0, the purpose is also to get the attention of these popular artists’ followers.

   I’m thinking of having Clon from Cool Cats and Betty from Dead Fellaz as a few examples of judges we can have for our contest.

   ### **Proposed Date & Duration:**

   Date: April 2023 (The whole month)

   ### **Period breakdowns:**

   3 weeks of submission period\

   1 week of judging period\

   Last week of April will be the announcement of the winners and prize distribution

   3 ETH

   ### **Budget breakdown:**

   1.75 ETH for prizes\

   1.00 ETH Judges (0.2 ETH per judges so total we have 5 judges)\

   0.25 ETH for initiator (aka Sushingami)

   ### **Responsibility for initiator:** Organizing and managing the art contest, bringing awareness to the contest, connecting with the judges, distributing the prize, etc.

   When you click on add image, a pop-up will come out for you to choose which image that you want to put into the proposal. After you upload the image, it will show an IPFS link like the ones in the template above, you can cut and paste them into your desired position in the proposal. 💰⚠️ Please add your Wallet Id in the proposal. The only valid wallet id that we' will recognized is the one that exist in the proposals.

Make sure to click on the "Preview" button to see what your proposal going to look like. 1. Choose voting type (only basic and ranked-choice voting are supported), voting duration (after approval from core team) and choose 1 Mindblowon NFT for submitting a proposal.
